GENERAL INFORMATION FOR 1 1/4" TUBING SOFTAIL-STYLE FRAMES

SPECS BELOW ARE FOR FRAMES THAT WE HAVE AVAILABLE IN OUR STORE (THESE SPECS MAY OR MAY NOT BE INCLUDED IN FRAME ABOVE)

  • DOM steel 1 1/4" tubing, mandrel bent

    DOM steel 1 1/2" tubing for the backbones

  • TIG/MIG welded
  • Frames will accept Evolution motors (except Twin Cam), Shovelhead and Panhead engines with clearance up to 0.200" taller than stock Evolution
  • Rear axle carriers are solid steel. The 230/240/250 width frames take 1" axles. The 180/200 width frames take 3/4" axles
  • Oil tank mounts are set up to accept stock or custom Softail-style oil tanks
  • Splash guard mounts are welded in place
  • Seat bracket is adjustable
  • Gas tank mounts are welded to the frame and accept Softail-style flatside tanks. Frames with 8" front rail stretches are delivered without tank mounts welded to the frame
  • Necks are CNC machined from solid steel
  • Beefy 1 1/2" tubing used on all frame backbones. Available in 0"/1 1/2"/4" stretch
  • Neck rake angles are available in 30/34/38 Degree
  • Front rail stretches of 0"/2"/4"/8" are available
  • Rear motor mount is milled after welding
  • V.I.N. Boss
  • Rear section has a mounting provision for 1987-99 type rear brakes
  • Flush mounted pivot bolt is made from stainless steel
  • Uprights are made from 1/2" thick steel and are styled to merge the frame and rear section together as if they were one
