Returns Policy
RETURN INFORMATION:
Any item (except special orders) may be returned for full credit within 14 days of your purchase. Item must be unused and in sellable condition. Non-stock items may be subject to manufacture restocking charges. Buyer must notify KC International Motorcycle supply (KCInt) within 3 days of delivery if product was damaged or had missing parts. All returns must include all hardware and in original condition and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation. We will not refund any item that was damaged due to assembly or by incorrect installation.
KC International Motorcycle Supply (KCInt) is not responsible for any charges for labor, repairs, materials, down-time or lost profits due to returning any merchandise. Returns due to customer error will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. (All shipping costs to return item will be paid by the buyer)
RETURN AUTHORIZATION:
Before returning any item, please notify us so that we can provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and we will give you specific instructions on how to proceed with your return. (No returns can be accepted without authorization). To speed authorization, please provide us with the invoice number, order number, and order date when you call.
