Before painting all original and aftermarket gas tanks, use our gas tank sealer (RK-SEALER)

This is the best on the market & will help seal tanks from rusting and/or leaking

In our opinion this is a must for all gas tanks

Many motorcycle builders modify the brackets on our tanks and use them on many different custom chopper frames

Check the tank for flaws and fit before painting. The tank requires a coat of filler then sanding and primer before painting

Do not grind or sand the seams or joints. It is suggested to pressure test and use our tank sealer

  • The fuel pump door requires the use of 10-32 UNF X 3/4" long Panhead machine screws, which are not supplied, to install the fuel pump.
