Item Description

This is one straight spoke style pulley for Harley Davidson and custom choppers

Sometimes on stock and custom bikes you will need to use a pulley spacer to line up your drive belt properly. They may be purchased oversize and machined to any size desired.

When used on Harley you may need a pulley spacer and we will not know size to buy. They come in 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" thick also 84-99 and 2000 and up

This pulley is 66 tooth 1" (the pulley chart says 66 tooth 1" fits 2007 6 speed touring models FLHX/FLHT/FLHR/FLTR, 2007-13 Softail FLSTC/FLSTN models FLST with 150 tire, 2008-11 FXCW/C, 2007-13 FXDWG, FXDF, FXDC, FXDB, FXSTD, Dyna FXD models) will work on 2008 touring if you give up cush drive and use pulley spacer

Will not fit 2007-10 FXST, FXSTB, FXTC, models because it has 200mm belt or about 3/4" wide belt for 200 tire, 2008-10 FXCW/C and 2007-11 FLSTF Fatboy with 200 tire because they use 200mm or 3/4" belt (could be used if 1/4" extra space on pulley is not a concern)

For 1" width belt (for 2000 up wheel hubs)

I.D. of pulley hole is about 2 1/4" for 2000 & up (please give us year and model of bike when payment is made)

Replace your pulley with the same size diameter and width you took off your bike or you will need to remove your inner and outer primary and swing arm. (Measure your belt or pulley inside at teeth, not the overall width)
