  • Comes with rear swingarm, component kit, 1" axle kit
  • Frame is designed to accept 230/240 width rear tire with 1 1/2" belt or chain drive and 250 width rear tire with 1 1/8" belt or chain drive
  • The offset is built into the frame
  • Requires a 1" spacer between the engine and the inner primary cover and a 1" longer spacer on the engine sprocket or pulley (not included)
  • Frame features an integral one piece transmission mounting plate for strength and better driveline alignment
  • All frames come complete with a manufacturer's statement of origin

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR FRAMES MADE FROM 1 3/8" MEGA TUBING

SPECS BELOW ARE FOR FRAMES THAT WE HAVE AVAILABLE IN OUR STORE (THESE SPECS MAY OR MAY NOT BE INCLUDED IN FRAME ABOVE)

  • DOM steel 1 3/8" tubing, mandrel bent
  • DOM steel 1 1/2" tubing for the backbones
  • TIG/MIG welded
  • Frames will accept Evolution motors (except Twin Cam), Shovelhead and Panhead engines with clearance up to 0.200" taller than stock Evolution
  • Rear axles for the 230/240/250 width frames come with 1" axles. The 180/200 width frames come with 3/4" axles
  • Splash guard mounts are welded in place
  • Oil tank mounts are set up to accept stock or custom Softail-style oil tanks
  • Gas tank mounts on frames with 2" and 4" stretches are made for one piece gas tanks
  • Frames with 8" front rail stretches are delivered without gas tank mounts welded to the frame
  • Necks are CNC machined from solid steel
  • Beefy 1 1/2" tubing used on all frame backbones
  • V.I.N Boss
  • Neck rake angles are available in 35/38 Degree
  • Rear motor mount is milled after welding
