NECK CUPS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH FRAME

  • Comes with component kit, axle
  • Frame is engineered to accept 180 width rear tire with 1 1/2" belt drive or 200 width rear tire with chain drive
  • The frame has a built in offset so no spacing is required and will accept the stock motor and transmission
  • All frames come complete with a manufacturer's statement of origin

    SPECS BELOW ARE FOR FRAMES THAT WE HAVE AVAILABLE IN OUR STORE (THESE SPECS MAY OR MAY NOT BE INCLUDED IN FRAME ABOVE)

    • DOM steel 1 3/8" tubing, mandrel bent
    • DOM steel 1 1/2" tubing for the backbones
    • TIG/MIG welded
    • Frames will accept Evolution motors (except Twin Cam), Shovelhead and Panhead engines with clearance up to 0.200" taller than stock Evolution
    • Precision machined billet steel axle carriers
    • Rear axles are supplied in stock width. 180 & 200 tire width frames use 3/4" axles, 230/240/250 width tire frames come with 1" axle
    • Rear fender mounts are welded in place and provide a solid, secure platform for fastening a wide variety of fenders
    • Backbone stretches of 1" and 4" are available
    • Beefy 1 1/2" tubing used on all frame backbones
    • Front rail stretches of 2"/4"/8" are available
    • Necks are CNC machined from solid steel
    • Belt guard tabs are welded in place
    • Neck rake angles are available in 35 degree/38 degree
    • Oil tank mounts will accept stock or custom Softail-style oil tanks
    • V.I.N. Boss
    • Front motor mount is solid steel. Wide tire models come with built in offsets
    • Fork cup and race kit comes supplied and features integral fork stops
    • Frames come with a one piece welded in transmission plate with built in offset, providing the best possible driveline alignment as well as unit construction strength
    • Hose connection for oil drain line
    • Rear motor mount is milled after welding
    • Rear brake mount accepts 1987-99 Softail style brake calipers and caliper brackets
