Kraft Tech Rigid Frame W/ Hidden Axle 1 3/8" Mega Tubing, 35 Degree Rake, 4" Stretch, 1" Backbone Stretch For 230/240/250 Width Tire

Neck cups are not included with frame
- Comes with component kit, 1" axle
- Frame is designed to accept 230/240 width rear tire with 1 1/2" belt or chain drive and 250 width rear tire with 1 1/8" belt or chain drive
- The one piece transmission mount has been built into the frame to provide additional strength and driveline alignment
- The offset is built into the frame
- Requires a 1" spacer between the engine and the inner primary cover and a 1" longer spacer on the engine sprocket or pulley (not included)
- All frames come complete with a manufacturer's statement of origin
General 1 3/8" Mega Tubing Rigid Frame Information
Specs below are for frames that we have available in our store (these specs may or may not be included in frame above)
- DOM steel 1 3/8" tubing, mandrel bent
- DOM steel 1 1/2" tubing for the backbones
- TIG/MIG welded
- Frames will accept Evolution motors (except Twin Cam), Shovelhead and Panhead engines with clearance up to 0.200" taller than stock Evolution
- Precision machined billet steel axle carriers
- Rear axles are supplied in stock width. 180 & 200 tire width frames use 3/4" axles, 230/240/250 width tire frames come with 1" axle
- Rear fender mounts are welded in place and provide a solid, secure platform for fastening a wide variety of fenders
- Backbone stretches of 1" and 4" are available
- Beefy 1 1/2" tubing used on all frame backbones
- Front rail stretches of 2"/4"/8" are available
- Necks are CNC machined from solid steel
- Belt guard tabs are welded in place
- Neck rake angles are available in 35 degree/38 degree
- Oil tank mounts will accept stock or custom Softail-style oil tanks
- V.I.N. Boss
- Front motor mount is solid steel. Wide tire models come with built in offsets
- Fork cup and race kit comes supplied and features integral fork stops
- Frames come with a one piece welded in transmission plate with built in offset, providing the best possible driveline alignment as well as unit construction strength
- Hose connection for oil drain line
- Rear motor mount is milled after welding
- Rear brake mount accepts 1987-99 Softail style brake calipers and caliper brackets
